Will the crisis between the INR and the USD be resolved if RBI issues a lot of currency?

Absolutely not, instead, creating a lot of currency will cause the economy to become unstable. INR is declining because of the stagnant demand for INR on the international market, the conflict in Russia and Ukraine, the global economic and political crises, and of course some internal economic and political unrest. Therefore, creating new currency won't end the INR/USD crisis.
